Oversee all financial functions, including reporting, planning, tax, treasury, risk, compliance, M&A, financing, and investor relations.

Communicate financial performance, insights, and projections to senior management. Develop and execute a long-term strategic financial plan in collaboration with the COO.
Ensure adherence to financial policies, controls, and regulatory compliance across the organization.

Requirements:
Hold a university degree in Finance & Accounting or a related discipline, complemented by a CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
Bring over 10 years of financial management experience in scalable manufacturing conglomerates, ideally at a regional or global level.
Ideally have financial leadership exposure in a publicly listed company, with a strong track record in regional finance within multinational corporations (MNCs) also considered.
Demonstrate proven business partnering experience with senior management and the Board.
Possess extensive experience in managing large, complex financial and accounting teams within a global, matrix-reporting environment.
Exhibit cultural sensitivity, with strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills, and a genuine interest in the operational challenges faced by businesses operating internationally. Additionally, demonstrate excellent business acumen, exceptional financial leadership qualities, strategic orientation, and a firm, action-oriented approach.
