Career Summary:
Collaborate closely with senior management to execute the financial strategy of the growing firm.
Manage all financial reporting and foster relationships with external service providers.
Lead the finance function for the funds, covering accounting, reporting, compliance, and tax.
Assist in preparing quarterly investor reports and financial statements.
Drive fund operations including capital calls, and manage tax and regulatory filings.
Oversee cash management and lead liquidity planning efforts for the funds.
Act as the primary contact for external service providers such as auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
Review legal documents to ensure fund compliance and manage investments.
Provide support to the investment team during transactions.
Ensure transparent communication with investors and handle ad hoc investor inquiries proficiently.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
Proven track record as CFO with expertise in management, finance transformation, and stakeholder relations.
Strong financial acumen, including experience in legal documents, fund administration, transaction advisory, and investment control.
In-depth knowledge of financial services regulations.
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese language proficiency.
